Art and Culture in Toowoomba: Galleries, the Carnival of Flowers and Creative Life

Toowoomba has a creative and cultural scene shaped by its large grammar school population, USQ arts programs and the Carnival of Flowers, which since 1950 has been one of Queensland's most significant annual community events. The Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery on Little Street has free entry and focuses on Queensland regional artists alongside touring exhibitions.
